ORDERING QUESTIONS
Can you email me a design before I order, so I can see what it will look like?
No, we require payment for an order before any design work can begin. We can however email you examples of previous work we have done, just let us know the Year/Make/Model of your bike.
How long does it take to get my graphics?
Our turnaround time is usually around 1 week. All orders are manufactured in Murrieta, CA. We send everything via FedEx, which takes 2-7 business days depending on which shipping option you choose during checkout.
Do you have graphics for my bike? I don’t see my model listed on your website?
Unfortunately if you don’t see your bike on our available models list, we are not able to manufacture graphics for that particular model bike.
Is ordering through your website secure?
Yes. All transactions on our site are secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
Is my credit card charged immediately?
Yes your card is charged automatically when you submit your order to us.
Can I order a custom design, if I tell you what I want?
Yes we do custom designs. However there is a minimum of 3 kits for the first order. Please contact us to discuss custom design work.
Can I send you a picture of graphics I like for you to copy?
No, we cannot copy anyone else’s work. We will be producing original work only.
Can you make me a kit with Red Bull, Rockstar Energy or Monster Energy on it?
Unfortunately we are not able to print Energy Drink logos due to copyright restrictions, we can however print most other industry logos, Thor, Dunlop, etc.
I wrecked one of my number plates (Or any other graphic part), can I just order the one part to be re-printed?
Yes you can re-order separate parts. Just email us with the name you put the order through under, and the Year/Make/Model bike it is for. Then just specify which part it was you need replaced, ie the Left Hand Side Number Plate. The cost is $39.00 plus Shipping (If it is a shroud/tank, then the cost is $59.00 + Shipping). This will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account, depending on your payment method.
Where are your graphics made?
All our graphics are manufactured in the US, from US based materials. Our head office is in Murrieta, CA.
I have an enduro model bike, but I have the MX front plate instead of the headlight. Can I order the MX front plate instead of the headlight?
Yes you can. When ordering your backgrounds, select your bike model. Then just write in the comments section of the order that you have an MX front plate instead of the headlight. Ensure that you specify the year model that your front plate is from.
I received an email saying my order status has been updated to 'Awaiting Proof Approval', what does this mean?
This email is to let you know that your graphics have been designed, and a design proof has been uploaded for you to view and approve.
There should be a link in the email that will take you straight to the proof. However some email programs remove the link. So just go to the Order Status page on our website and enter your order number and email address to view your proof.
I have viewed my proof, but I want to make a change. How do I make changes?
We will make corrections to the graphics, as per the original order. Any changes outside the original order, like font changes, etc will incur a $10.00 design fee. This will be charged to your Credit Card or PayPal account.
Why do you no longer provide design proofs on number backgrounds?
We provide design proofs on full graphics kit orders only. We decided that we can provide a much more efficient service by just processing orders as per the details given, and that design proofs for backgrounds just slows the process for the customer.

All our graphics are manufactured in the USA, from US based materials. Our head office is in Murrieta, CA.
SHIPPING & TRACKING QUESTIONS
What are your shipping fees?
We offer several FedEx shipping options for orders under $100.00 within the USA:
FedEx Ground - $8.00
FedEx Express Saver - $18.00
FedEx 2-Day - $24.00
For orders over $100.00, FedEx Ground shipping is free.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?
While we always try our best to get all orders out in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
What is the status of my order?
You can track the progress of your order at any time by going to our Order Status page and entering your order number and email address. You will be able to see your order details, check & approve design proofs, see when your graphics have been printed and when they have been dispatched.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number and a link to the FedEx website so you can track your parcel.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the USA only, we will be shipping to Canada soon!

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
NO, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
MISCELLANEOUS QUESTIONS
Can you tell me the best way to install my graphics?
Yes. All our graphics come with full step-by-step installation instructions. If you require further assistance, please contact us and we can give you further advice.
Do you sell plastics?
No, at this stage we do not sell plastics. We hope to be selling plastics in the near future.
Do you sell jersey prints?
No, not at this stage. We are unable to find a heat transfer media that meets our standards, we are still testing, but at this stage we do not sell jersey prints.
Do you have stock/off the shelf graphics for my bike?
No, we make graphics to order, so we do not actually stock any graphics. You can order customised graphics through our website.
Do you offer rider sponsorship?
At this stage we are not offering rider sponsorship. We hope to implement a Rider Support program in the near future.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we offer Electronic Gift Certificates. Our Electronic Gift Certificates are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient of an electronic Gift Certificate will receive an email with a Gift Certificates code redeemable online.
Why should I register an account at MX INK?
Registering an account on our website will mean you won’t have to re-enter your Billing or Shipping information, so you can check out faster. You can store multiple Billing/Shipping addresses. You will have a full history of all your previous orders with MX INK. You can also update your account details at any time.
